Getting started: Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation appointments
We offer both 1:1 exercise sessions and small group classes.
If you are interested in joining a weekly class, speak to us to find out which of our classes have a vacancy.

Once we find a time that fits your schedule, we will reserve that spot for you with a recurring booking. Should you ever need to cancel or reschedule, please feel free to give us a call as we do require 24 hours to avoid cancellation fees. In order for us to keep this recurring spot for you, attendance of at least 4 sessions in a 6 week period is mandatory. If this is not an option, you can simply book week-to-week when there are vacancies available.​

The process to joining our classes
This session involves learning more about you and your goals. We will assess your body's strengths and weaknesses, including any current and/or prior injuries.

This gives us a thorough understanding to then develop an exercise program tailored to you.

We will guide you through your exercise program, teaching you how to set up and use the equipment. We will also modify and refine your exercises to maximise your results. It usually takes 2-4 sessions to ensure you can join one of our classes confidently and safely.

Each class is outcome driven and focusses on flexibility, core and/or functional strength, depending on your goals and needs.

Book a recurring weekly class or week-to-week. Attendance of atleast 4 classes within a 6 week period is mandatory for recurring classes.

After every 3 to 6 months of progression, we will develop a new program for you and schedule a 1:1 session to take you through your new program. This is essential to ensure that you continue to progress, get as much value from each class and continue moving towards new goals.
