Private health insurance

We accept claims under ALL private health insurers. For the majority of health funds we have facilities to offer on-the-spot claims. If your health fund does not allow for on-the-spot claiming, you CAN still claim on your private health; we will just need to send you an invoice for you to manually claim through your health fund.

Medicare

The Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan, also known as the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan, is a Government initiative that supports individuals with chronic conditions in accessing professional services, offering a Medicare rebate. With this plan, can see a physiotherapist up to five times a year, receiving a rebate of $60.35 per session, provided you have a referral from your GP.

To qualify, you must have a chronic musculoskeletal condition lasting three months that is not being effectively managed. After obtaining and completing the necessary paperwork, you’ll need to schedule an appointment with us. We will provide our email address for submitting your paperwork prior your visit (unless your GP has done this).

At your appointment, you'll pay the full consult fee, and the Medicare rebate will be reimbursed to a physical (digital cards on mobile devices are not compatible) debit card of your choice via EFTPOS (note that Medicare does not accept credit cards). Please be aware that CDM appointments are not bulk billed, and you will to cover the 'gap' payment—the difference between our consultation fee and the Medicare rebate.

Workcover/third party insurance

We require payment upon the delivery of our services. This implies that, for any treatment intended to be claimed through a third-party insurer, you may need to make the payment for the session upfront and later seek reimbursement directly from your insurer. If any documentation is needed by a third party, charges may apply for the preparation and release of these documents. It's important to note that cancellation and non-attendance fees still apply.

NDIS

We accept self-managed NDIS clients and as such we require upfront payment. Some already have a designated card that we can use to make payment, otherwise an invoice can be emailed that will allow you to reclaim from NDIS. Please note cancellation and non-attendance fees still apply.
