Our Physiotherapist-led 1:1 and small group classes are designed to improve your strength, mobility and overall fitness while safely addressing any injuries or limitations. Each attendee receives their own personalised exercise program, tailored to their needs and goals.

We all have different body types, leg lengths, flexibility and strength which significantly influence how we run. We are able to assess all of these variables and help you to understand what can be done to ultimately help you run faster and with less pain.

Our bike fitting service is designed to ensure your bike setup is tailored to your unique body and needs. We assess your posture, flexibility, and any past injuries to optimise your riding position, helping to prevent discomfort, pain, and potential injury. Whether you're a casual rider or a competitive cyclist, our bike fitting session will help you ride more comfortably and efficiently.
