Our gym & equipment

We run both physiotherapist-led, individual 1:1 sessions and small group classes (max. 4 per class) in our fully equipped gym.

Our equipment includes:

Our method

All programs are individually tailored to your specific needs and goals. Whether it may be to improve bone density (osteoporosis, osteopenia), aid in injury/post-surgical or antenatal/postnatal recovery, we can ensure that you get the most out of your session as each exercise is prescribed for your specific needs.

As physiotherapists, we use our in-depth understanding of your strength, weaknesses, injuries, biomechanics and optimal muscle activation patterns to maximise each training session. 
 

Paired with the use of premium pilates and functional strengthening equipment (see below), we are able to work with you to reach your goals with as few bumps along the way.

This session involves learning more about you and your goals. We will assess your body's strengths and weaknesses, including any current and/or prior injuries.

This gives us a thorough understanding to then develop an exercise program tailored to you.

We will guide you through your exercise program, teaching you how to set up and use the equipment. We will also modify and refine your exercises to maximise your results. It usually takes 2-4 sessions to ensure you can join one of our classes confidently and safely.

Each class is outcome driven and focusses on flexibility, core and/or functional strength, depending on your goals and needs.

Book a recurring weekly class or week-to-week. Attendance of atleast 4 classes within a 6 week period is mandatory for recurring classes.

After every 3 to 6 months of progression, we will develop a new program for you and schedule a 1:1 session to take you through your new program. This is essential to ensure that you continue to progress, get as much value from each class and continue moving towards new goals.
