What to expect
These classes are a bit different to your ordinary group fitness classes at the gym.
We run small (maximum 4 in a class) physiotherapist-lead group classes.
All programs are individually tailored to your specific needs and goals. This allows you to get the most out of the hour class as every single exercise is prescribed for your specific needs.
As physiotherapists, we get to know your body, along with it's strengths and areas to work on. This allows us to work with you to reach your goals, quicker with less bumps along the way.
